Grace Corrigan

Lab Coordinator

Psychological Sciences

Grace joined the Child Language Lab as its newest lab coordinator in June 2022 after graduating with her B.A. in Psychology with Honors from Scripps College and minor in Linguistics from Pomona College. Her senior thesis, entitled Pitch perfect: Impression formation and impression management in women’s pitch modulation, investigated the ways in which voice pitch affects how female speakers are perceived. At the lab, she has pursued research on our participants’ categorical induction, linguistic alignment with caregivers, and phonological development. Grace will be attending Michigan State University in the fall to pursue her PhD in Communicative Sciences & Disorders with Dr. Courtney Venker.
