Dr. Naigles had the pleasure of traveling to China in July as the invited keynote speaker for the Workshop on Language & Autism at Peking University, Beijing, China. While in China, Letty also gave a colloquium for the School of Foreign Languages at Central South University, Changsha, China.

Dr. Letitia Naigles featured in UConn Today

Developmental faculty member and program director Letty Naigles was recently featured in UConn Today for her work on parental influence on language acquisition in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Dr. Naigles recieves a new R01 grant from NIH

Developmental faculty member and program director Letty Naigles was awarded a new 5-year R01 grant from the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD). Her grant is titled “Early Predictors to School Age Language: Individual and Interactional Child and Parent Factors”. Congratulations Letty!
